Rosetta Gosser Clark passed away peacefully December 12, 2015 at the Cokato Manor after a long battle with dementia. Rosetta was born February 14, 1938 in Plymouth Kansas to James and Viola White-Gosser. She was the fifth of nine children. Rosetta graduated from Plymouth High school. After high school she attended college at Kansas State where she got her teaching degree. While attending college she meet Robert D. Clark. They were united in marriage on November 15, 1958 and celebrated 57 years together. They resided in Kansas where Rosetta first taught in a one room school house and then at a Catholic private school. Robert and Rosetta started their family when they welcomed their daughter Tamara and five years later their son Greg. They then moved to Cokato, Minnesota where their son Doug was born. Rosetta was employed at Fabratech for many years before starting a daycare. She has blessed the lives of many children in her 29 years as a daycare provider. Rosetta was blessed with seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Robert D Clark, daughter Tamara (Duane) Clark-Webb, son Doug (Tracy) Clark, grandchildren Beth (Danny) Webb- Fredrickson, Joanie (Gordy) Corbett, Amie (Curt) Schmitz, Chad Webb, Triston Clark, Tate Clark, and Colton Clark. Great grandchildren Brody Corbett, Bently Corbett, and Huxley Schmitz. Sisters Dorthy Carpenter, Nancy Wyatt, Joanne (Lee) Baysinger, Patty Sue (Carl) Vogts. Rosetta is preceded in death by her parents James and Viola White-Gosser, son Greg Clark and four siblings.
A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home in Cokato with visitation 1 hour prior to services.
