Jason Bren Moyer, aged 52, passed away on June 24, 2024. He was a beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Jason was born on May 30, 1972, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he spent his formative years. He went on to attend Dakota County Technical College and later became a diesel mechanic at Schmitty and Sons before starting his own mobile repair company. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others.
In his free time, Jason loved spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, and playing with his dog Dozer. He was there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement to friends and family no matter what challenges they faced. He was also eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. He was an active member of his lake community and volunteered his time placing flags at Fort Snelling.
Jason is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Moyer, his mother Randi Moyer, his brother Jesse Moyer (Lara), his sister Tracy Moyer (Dan) and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, close friends and extended family. Proceeded in death by: father, Norm Moyer and grandparents. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life open house will be held on July 27th from 12:00-4:00pm at the Winsted Sportmens Club, 10941 Grover Avenue SW, Howard Lake MN 55349. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Crossroads Animal Shelter, Buffalo MN or DAV-Disabled American Veterans.
